THE REVELATION THAT BEGAN WITH MATTHEW 13

book revelations

Today I heard, “Check out those parables about The Kingdom is like …”.  So I did and the search began with Matthew 13.  This journey took on a meaning I’ve never heard before.  And here’s how it began.

First came the parable about the seed falling on various grounds.  And immediately my spirit said “The seed is truth.  The soil is people.”  So I went on.

Next, Jesus explains why He used parables so that everyone would NOT understand.  Yeah, I remember that revelation some time ago.  As we run around trying to make sure everyone understands exactly what scripture means, Jesus is saying not everyone will, and not only that, but He doesn’t WANT everyone to understand.  And the reason is simple.  We can’t have the wisdom of The Kingdom unless we are willing to have the relationship it takes to receive it.  We can’t piggy-back off anyone, not even a preacher.  It’s the meaning behind the oil the 5 wise virgins wouldn’t share. SHOULD WE ACCEPT TRAUMA AS NATURAL?

Have you ever noticed the wide field of trauma we experience and accept as a natural course of life?

Father told me some time ago to pay attention to it and keep it out of my realm where I have control and then ask Him to keep it out where I don’t have control. trauma

The core of Trauma is a demon who’s presence is destruction, decay, Continue reading SHOULD WE ACCEPT TRAUMA AS NATURAL?

CAUSE AND EFFECT, and Gravity

Cause and effect

Let’s talk about Cause and Effect.  And maybe about Gravity, too.

It’s true I don’t take cause and effect very seriously anymore. After all the years of miracles and favor and such, I don’t expect everything that goes UP, must come DOWN.

For instance, for every financial mistake I make, I don’t have to live in financial hardship. For every virus I contract, I don’t have to be sick. Continue reading CAUSE AND EFFECT, and Gravity

WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH FAMILY TROUBLE?

family trouble

Family trouble is heartbreaking enough, but when I was facing another visit from them, Father showed me a different way to pray. It involved understanding that I have a kingdom. He’s shown me this scenario several times now. Continue reading WHAT SHOULD I DO WITH FAMILY TROUBLE?

EATING THE FRUIT OF OUR WORDS

fruit of words

One of my neighbors shared with me, that this town, community, and the area is filled with evil, hateful, disgusting people and it’s a horrible place to live. I was shocked, like a deer in the headlights, but she calmly maintained that everything she felt was the only truth.

I said that I was living the polar opposite and that I love this place and everyone here. Continue reading EATING THE FRUIT OF OUR WORDS

CHRISTIAN BULLIES ARE AMONG US

intimidation

It’s true there are Christians who behave like bullies.  Some bullies are not aware they are bullying.  Other bullies are taught to be bullies by their churches and bible schools under the guise of debate.

One Christian brother told me that he learned debate techniques in a School of Ministry which practiced aggressively, combative techniques.  “I sliced and diced with my tongue, winning all but one of those debates” he told me. Continue reading CHRISTIAN BULLIES ARE AMONG US

Viewpoints: from a Police Officer

my visit with a police officer

I took the opportunity to visit with a cop for a while the other day.  His name and other details will be kept confidential, but his story should be heard.

He was gentle, and kind although his voice was subdued with sadness, or hopelessness.  I didn’t know which.  He dreamt of being a cop as a child, and that dream solidified as a young adult when he witnessed an officer help a young couple calmly through the angry emotions of an ending relationship.  The officer disarmed their need for retaliation, and planted a seed in the heart of the young man to help others in chaos, to be a peacemaker. TEST THE SPIRITS part two

test the spirits part two

Can we test the spirits of people who’ve died?  I discovered its quite simple, but we are often held in unnecessary fear on this subject. I had quite a bit of it until Father pointed out that the fear was keeping me from experiencing Him without limits.  I often asked Him not to scare me and He showed me that asking this was based on fear.

Besides the fact that we have all kinds of scary ghost tales built into our cultures, I had my own peculiar version. Continue reading TEST THE SPIRITS part two

SHOULD WE SCREAM AT THE WEATHER NOW?

bad weather

For years I wasn’t comfortable commanding and rebuking stormy weather, but it’s what I was taught to do.  I’d feel angry and
fearful reacting this way, and it didn’t seem completely appropriate.  Even in the worst weather, I saw amazingly beautiful cloud Continue reading SHOULD WE SCREAM AT THE WEATHER NOW?

OBAMA AND TRUMP – GOD’S TAKE ON OUR POLITICS

sadness-451917_960_720I was puzzled by the lack of logic which made Obama president,  and now I’m amazed at the similar response making Trump popular.  Then I heard Father tell me not to stand in wonder, amazed.  And this is what He caused me to see.

People are desperate for radical change, but don’t know what that Continue reading OBAMA AND TRUMP – GOD’S TAKE ON OUR POLITICS
