OBAMA AND TRUMP – GOD’S TAKE ON OUR POLITICS

sadness-451917_960_720I was puzzled by the lack of logic which made Obama president,  and now I’m amazed at the similar response making Trump popular.  Then I heard Father tell me not to stand in wonder, amazed.  And this is what He caused me to see.

People are desperate for radical change, but don’t know what that Continue reading OBAMA AND TRUMP – GOD’S TAKE ON OUR POLITICS

HE’S DOING A NEW THING

Father said to re-post a word from 2013.  He said “I am doing a new thing in the earth.”  And this Word is what he’s talking about.  He’s teaching many to rule and reign.  It happens from our Seat.

The world is waiting for us to sit on that Seat each day and do our job.  It is what changes the world and brings heaven to earth.

This Side of Heaven

“We won’t know all the answers this side of heaven” is ‘the phrase’ I’ve received all my life in answer to many of my questions.  As a child, I concluded that no one had permission to ask questions.  Questions about life received short, pert sentences that inferred threat if this line of communication was pursued.  Questions about christianity were worse.  They received ‘the phrase’.

I reasoned that everything about christianity was secret and guarded by a God with a mean countenance, grouching out severe warnings about never asking again.

Today children question parents and receive an almost break-neck effort to supply answers, or at least tools to search.  Fear of questioning seems gone and thank God it is, because quite often my generation is still delivering ‘the phrase’. Continue reading This Side of Heaven

SORRY, THE OIL ISN’T FOR SHARING!

oil

There might be a simple explanation for why the 5 wise virgins wouldn’t share the oil.  Let me explain what I mean.

When Jesus talked to the woman at the well about a personal relationship with God, He said,  “Regardless of whether you are in Jerusalem or on this mountain, if you do not seek the Father, then you do not worship.” That was in John 4.

He talked about it being personal but He didn’t try to talk anyone into it.  He didn’t find people on the street to ask if they know God so He could explain it to them.  And I don’t recall that He pursued people at all. Continue reading SORRY, THE OIL ISN’T FOR SHARING!

THE POWER THEY HAD

The Apostles were able to raise the dead and heal the sick and even bodily transport instantly to other cities. Did you ever wonder how they could be martyred with that kind of power at their fingertips? Why would they not escape their enemy?

I asked Father this question. His answer was “Because they chose to. They knew their death willingly at the hand of their enemy was the only thing that would speak individually of Love to their enemy’s heart. Continue reading THE POWER THEY HAD

THE PATH OF OBSTACLES

obstacles

I hate finding my path filled with obstacles. That’s when I want to sit down and sigh. And wonder if it’s worth the struggle.

Well, that depends on the goal, of course. Obstacles pop up most of the time when we’re pursuing a dream. It isn’t all sunshine and butterflies on the way to completion. Continue reading THE PATH OF OBSTACLES
