My parents unwittingly took me to find terror for the first time in my two-year-old life. I screamed, I clawed at Daddy begging him not to take me and he did what most Daddy’s would do. I was up at 3 a.m, again at 5 a.m, and then finally at 7:30 a.m. I got up. It was a busy night of dreaming.
In the first dream, I was a black man working undercover, smuggling black slaves out of a work camp in Africa. I hid one man in a shop vac with his face covered while I used the vac until the truck arrived. Was I literally hearing the voice of God? This voice was completely audible.
Now, I’m not saying this is the only way to hear God, but I was hoping to hear Him this way at least once. The prophets of old had heard His voice and though I didn’t want to be presumptuous, I asked God if I could hear it, too. However, I wasn’t expecting the strange message I received.

Feeling useless has come when I haven’t seen Father outwardly active in me for a while and I begin to think I’m doing nothing, having no effect, and just breathing air.
“Feeling useless” is a lie, of course. One that likes to show up just before Father surprises me with something special.

The world is waiting for us to sit on that Seat each day and do our job. It is what changes the world and brings heaven to earth.
Your Seat next to Jesus is the ultimate relaxation place no matter what is going on in life. It’s also where you can ask Him questions and He’ll answer you. He’ll teach you stuff like how to change things and get things accomplished in your kingdom. It’s an amazing place if you know how to get there.
And getting there is just too simple. No harder than staring out the window and daydreaming. But because you might think that something simple can’t be real, I challenge you to try it and test Him. Today I’m sharing a funny, strange healing that happened to me a couple years ago.
It started with my husband getting the stomach flu. It was awful. For one full day he threw-up and the next two days he was in bed wiped out. We prayed and prayed for him and nothing happened. It was a terrible experience and my heart broke to watch.
