I began writing 5 easy steps to being un-offendable when I realized that I don’t believe in steps.  They’re formulas and formulas are an act of striving to change ourselves using our own minuscule power. It’s extremely hard work and seldom succeeds.

So, I scrapped most of what I wrote and voted for telling you the story of the first time I decided to stop being offended.

It happened when Hunny and I were dating and we had a fight because he said something that offended me.  It was happening frequently because he’s an outspoken man and rarely beats around the bush.

But this time he said, “Look, this isn’t going to work if you keep getting offended.  First off, I’m not going to change.  This is who I am.  And this is how I talk.  I love you and you can believe that or not.  It’s your choice.  But you can’t manipulate me.  So, figure it out because this won’t work.” Continue reading BEING UN-OFFENDABLE →

You know the manipulation that draws you into Offence and then accuses you of having a problem with Offence?

Yep, we’ve all been there.  And to top it off some of us have had someone try to teach us how to do this, saying it’s biblical.  Their reasoning involves scriptures out of context and motive out of Spirit.

Well, hallelujah, we’re learning and we’re doing it quickly.  Holy Spirit is pouring Himself out all over the world and Manipulation is being exposed along with Offence and his brother Rejection.  Every one of those ugly guys rub against Holy Spirit within us and we feel the prickling sensation shiver down our arms. HE’S DOING A NEW THING

Father said to re-post a word from 2013.  He said “I am doing a new thing in the earth.”  And this Word is what he’s talking about.  He’s teaching many to rule and reign.  It happens from our Seat.

The world is waiting for us to sit on that Seat each day and do our job.  It is what changes the world and brings heaven to earth.

Please don’t tell me you’re mad at God and can’t speak to Him because He let Great Aunt Suzy die and she didn’t deserve it.  You can’t keep up this attitude or you’re going to die wrapped up in the same ignorance that let Aunt Suzy die.

God was talking to you from the moment you were conceived but you got too big for your britches and began ignoring Him.  He wanted to teach you how to win the temptations and trials you were going to face.  He wanted to show you how to whip some ugly butt.  He knows all the secrets of the universe.  He created it.  And He created you to learn the secrets – if you want to.  But He’ll never force you to spend time with Him, or listen to Him. KINGS WILL SERVE YOU!

“Kings and queens will serve you and care for all your needs. They will bow to the earth before you and lick the dust from your feet. Then you will know that I am the LORD. Those who trust in me will never be put to shame.” (Isaiah 49:23)

[Something I learned from being married to an alcoholic who did not love me.]

Love doesn’t require reciprocation to live and to do it powerfully.  Love is a force that is God, Himself.  It is Power, itself.  Love’s only source of life is to be part and parcel of God.

Love isn’t born because two people are attracted to each other.  Love is born from God.  And the more we relationship with God, the greater the Love we experience within ourselves.

It is our own wrong thinking that tells us our love will die if the other person doesn’t behave properly.  The truth is that we get angry with the other and then choose to reject the love which is freely given to us from God. Continue reading LOVING MY ALCOHOLIC →

SHIFT!!!

I’m seeing a shift in this new era.  It’s a shift into a new level of maturity.  Instructions are coming from the Father of Lights into each of our spirits and it’s speaking of a new level in the Power of Love.

I see all the ages of Man as steps of maturity after our Fall.  We lost our Spirit connection and became reduced to mere flesh.  But through the processes of time and Father’s careful guidance from baby to toddler, to adolescent, we came into youth and finally adulthood.  At adulthood we reach new freedoms and new authorities, but we also reach greater responsibility. The Comedy of My Learning

My Little Book Revealed

Recently, I ran across a little book I wrote 20 years ago which I had named “Sometimes God Works Backwards”.  It reopened some not-so-happy memories about a brother’s attempt to bring me in front of a group for reprimand.  That group was never convened because the others saw my story as a testimony, albeit extremely controversial one.  Therefore, they advised me to keep it to myself, and not share it further, which I have done.
